Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

Cake Structures (including custom wedding structures and decorative bases)

Customized Cakes and Bakery Items (once prepared and delivered/collected)

Advance Payments made for any product or service are strictly non-refundable, as we reserve production capacity, materials, and resources based on your confirmed order.

Refund Eligibility for Other Products
Refunds may be offered only under the following conditions:
You must notify us of any issue within 2 days of receiving the product.
You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, such as damaged products, incorrect orders, or quality concerns.

Based on the nature of the issue, we may provide:

A full refund, or

A partial refund, at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days of approval.
