Terms and Conditions

Order Placement & Booking

  • All orders must be placed at least one week prior to the required date.
  • Orders made with less than one week’s notice are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
  • Last-minute bookings (within 4 days of the required date) require full payment upfront, and specific custom requirements may not be guaranteed.

Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable advance is required at the time of booking to secure your order.
  • Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the product handover.
  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. After that point, no changes or refunds will be permitted.
  • Once any payment (advance or full) is made, products cannot be swapped or downgraded.

Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be required and must be paid along with the advance or as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • The deposit will be refunded after the safe return of the product in its original condition.
  • Any damages or losses will be assessed and deducted from the deposit.
  • If damages exceed the deposit, you are liable for additional repair or replacement costs.

Pickup & Transportation

  • If you choose to pick up the structure yourself: 
  • You assume full responsibility for the product during transit.
  • Please ensure proper handling and transportation to avoid damage.
    If we transport the product,

  • We are responsible for its condition and safety until delivery.

Responsibility After Handover

  • Once the product is handed over to you or your transporter, we are no longer liable for its condition.
  • Any damage, loss, or mishandling after handover is your full responsibility.

Event Venue Responsibility

  • At the venue, the product is a shared responsibility between you and our team.
  • Any damage or loss during the event will be assessed, and you may be held responsible.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by venue disruptions (e.g., security, management issues).

Damages & Charges

  • Returned structures will be inspected for damage.
  • Any repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
  • You will be notified promptly of any charges.

Order Confirmation

  • Your order is considered confirmed only after receiving payment.
    You may choose to confirm your order by paying either:

    • A 50% non-refundable advance, or
    • The full payment upfront

    Once payment is received, your order is officially reserved for the requested date.
    No bookings will be held without payment.

Customizations & Revisions

  • Unlimited revisions are allowed before the order is placed.
  • After booking confirmation, each revision will be charged LKR 550 per change.

Product Disclaimer

Product images are illustrative only. Variations in color, design, materials, and appearance may occur based on:

  • Available materials on local suppliers or local market
  • Venue lighting
  • Type of flowers used (sugar, artificial, dry fresh, or mixed)
  • Environmental factors (e.g., temperature or humidity)

All custom cakes are handcrafted. Exact replication of design or photo references is not guaranteed.
Structures are made from non-edible materials (e.g., rigid foam, dummy cakes).
These are display cakes only and come with a separate cutting cake.

  • A separate cutting cake is included:
  • Size: 1” W x 0.5” H x 2” L
  • Made of traditional Sri Lankan rich cake, topped with marzipan
  • Placed behind the cake structure
  • If you want a real cake tier or additional cutting cakes, extra charges will apply.

Allergens & Food Safety

  • Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • While we take care in preparation, products may contain or come in contact with:
  • Nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, and other common allergens.
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues if not informed in advance.

Favors & Treats – Terms & Conditions

  • Last-minute orders (within 4 days of the event) are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
  • A 50% non-refundable advance or full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order.

Customization & Revisions

  • All custom design requests should be finalized before confirming the order.
  • Unlimited revisions are allowed before booking is confirmed.
  • After booking, each revision will incur a fee of LKR 550 per revision.
  • No changes can be made within 7 days of the delivery or pickup date.

Packaging & Transportation

Treats and favors are packaged securely, but once they are you were collected or pickup, we are not responsible for:

  • Damage due to improper storage or transport
  • Exposure to heat or moisture

Please store all edible items in a cool, dry place and consume within the recommended time frame.

Payment & Cancellation

  • Full payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the pickup or delivery date.
  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed after full payment is made.
  • In case of cancellation after booking but before full payment, only the advance will be forfeited.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available at an additional charge and must be scheduled in advance.
If you opt for self-pickup:

  • Please arrive on time as per the agreed schedule
  • You are fully responsible for the condition of the products after pickup.
